How long is breast milk good for once it's room temp? DB is having some now and i know he won't finish - it's his first pumped bottle so I'm not sure how long we can use it for... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

you can maybe hold it until the next feeding but with a baby that small, i might not even risk that. kellymom.com is a great resource for these issues, btw. [ Reply | More

If the baby has already drunk from the bottle I would not reuse it but I am hyper cautious! I think there is more risk than just having fresh (from a clean bottle) unused milk. [ Reply | More
