Making dinner for a friend that just had twins (and has a four year old). I myself just had baby #3 a few weeks ago so can't make anything too elaborate but was going to brine and grill chicken, make a tomato and cucumber salad with feta and olives, dessert, wine, but feel like i am missing something- any suggestions? good grief. In my world, lassagna, garlic bread and a salad would be thrilling if someone dropped it off after having a child. [ Reply | More ]
