went to a class today, it was hot so turned a fan on and this older woman complains she's cold and turns it off and told me to move to where other fans were on (class was crowded at that point). I think fan in gym shld be on by default -- she can wear a sweatshirt if she's cold. Am I right? [ Reply | More ]

you are absolutely right. she won't get hypothermia in a class, but you could easily overheat. [ Reply | More ]

I don't like air blowing on me in general. I find it really annoying-- like nails on a chalkboard. Sometimes old dudes at the gym turn it on next to me, and I say something, but secretly, inside, I'm soooooo irritated. [ Reply | More ]

If you do strenuous exercise while cold, you can injure yourself. Aren't you supposed to sweat when you work out? [ Reply | More ]
