Breastfeeding Moms- I have a 2 week old baby and have avoided the bottle (except in the hospital before my milk came in). It took a day to get him back on, and I had the same kinds of problem with my first... When can I safely introduce a bottle or paci? I don't have time to be this baby's paci like I did with my first... TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i usually introduced the bottle once db was 2 wks old. if you wait until 5 wks, they have a very hard time accepting it (can't remember why but actually read that there is a developmental reason for this so if you don't do it by 5 wks, wait until wk 7 or 8.) [ Reply | More ]
