Could you get Dora and Diego costumes or something so the kids could dress up as the characters themselves? Maybe you could stage an animal rescue that they have to do....have an animal go missing and they do a scavenger hunt to find it? [ Reply | More

cute idea. i was thinking of finding backpacks and doing some sort of scavenger hunt to fill them. i just don't want it to get too complicated or chaotic, which i have seen happen at other parties. [ Reply | More

I would keep it simple and just hire a dress up person to come to a traditional birthday party. You can have it at a pizza place, crafts place/art party space, or if you have more $ the Central Park Zoo since Diego likes animals. Maybe you can do a diego/dora/map/backpack art project.
