does anyone know of a water park on the west side of the city it might be more downtown but i think it is on the esplanade somewhere. thanks [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

There's one on Jane Street on the river, and there's another (better) one on 23rd and 11th - not right on the water but it's much nicer than the Jane Street one. [ Reply | More ]

Just google Chelsea Waterside Park. I was just there this weekend. Lots of sprinklers, short on shade. Nice, but no swings or anything like that and nothing else but Chelsea Piers around there. [ Reply | More ]

just to be clear, these are not water parks like an amusement park water park. They are regular city parks where the sprinkler element is more elaborate than at a regular park. have you been to Hecksher park in central park? They are like the water element there. Totally great, imho, btw, but not like an amusement park. [ Reply | More ]
