WDYT? Our neighbors fed/looked in on our cat for two weeks while we were away on vacation. We are going to watch their cats in August, so instead of getting a cat sitter we are going to have this great arrangement. What I am wondering is if I should give them something for their time/trouble. I don't really want to start this pattern where we feel we need to buy each other gifts for cat sitting though. However, I feel we were away for a decent amount of time and would like to give them a bottle of wine or something. WDYT I should do? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

eh, don't bother. It's enough that you're watching their cats. [ Reply | More ]

You can't go wrong by being kind. Maybe a nice note saying that this reciprocal arrangement is thanks and gift enough, but you want to "inaugurate" the arrangement with the bottle of wine ? [ Reply | More ]
