looking for recommendations for an OB in NYC who delivers at St Lukes Roosevelt... friend is 4 months along and moving to NYC, interested in possibly using the birthing center, possibly just the regular obstetric wing... will she use a midwife? ABC Midwife and Manhattan Midwifery both deliver at St. Luke's at the birthing center. Not sure if OB/GYNs deliver at the birthing center. They may only deliver on regular floor, but not sure. [ Reply | More

^^ they both cover for midwives in the birthing center at times and i believe use it themselves. dr. jew is asian, btw. only drawback is that their practice is very crowded. but all the docs are good. [ Reply | More
