hers is apparently wednesdays and every other weekend, which I thought is a lot considering she has 'sole' custody. I thought that was more common set-up for joint custody. [ Reply | More

custody and visitation are two different things. With full custody - she gets to make ALL the decisions about the childrens lives. [ Reply | More

Joint physical custody is 50/50. Sole legal custody is about decision making. Every other weekend and one evening a week is minimal. [ Reply | More

bare minimum (in litigation) is every other weekend (until monday AM) and one evening a week. If the non-custodial parent has been very involved, they will likely get more. court will look at custodial arrangement currently in place. [ Reply | More
