I have seen little evidence of Obama's intelligence. He benefited from affirmative action and no doubt liberal law professors at Harvard. I'm not saying he's unintelligent, it's just that there is no evidence that he is. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Lots. Carter was a nuclear engineer, Clinton a Rhodes Scholar from Arkansas, and even McCain shows intelligence given his record as a naval fighter pilot and senator. I don't see in from Obama yet. [ Reply | More

Your post shows your bias. Obama wasn't a gifted student at Harvard Law he just benefitted from affirmative action. In addition you had to go to the 70's and find one of our most ineffective presidents to use as an example. Lastly, I don't believe even you can follow the McCain example and how this shows more intelligence that Harvard Law Review. [ Reply | More

Everyone trots out the tripe about Harvard Law Review. That's really not that impressive. Obama did well at a liberal school--big deal. He got good grades from liberal professors and won a popularity contest among largely liberal students. [ Reply | More

Actually McCain was very very near the bottom of his class at the naval academy and without huge family connections he would never have graduated. Way more of a benefit than AA to Obama, but you sound like you already made up your mind so likely lost cause to point it out. [ Reply | More
