If there is no blood and/or it is not concentrated in one spot or on one side, then there is nothing to worry about. Even if there is a slight amount of blood or it's on one side, it is usually fine, but warrants a call to the doctor. [ Reply | More ]

You should let your doctor know to ease your mind, but if there's no blood enough to fill a pad, it probably fine. I bled/spotted for 2 weeks straight in early pregnancy. [ Reply | More ]

probably not, but call your doctor if it eases your mind. i almost never called my OB, and when i'd tell them about the problems i was experiencing during office visits, they'd always scold me for not calling. it's what they're there for, and the doctor who's on call is working, so don't worry about calling.
