Question regarding the bus services and the BOE? We just rejected placement at a public school and placed dc in a SN school not yet approved on the IEP. We just started the legal process. Is it possible to get bussing or do we have to wait for a final legal verdict? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Did you get bussing on your IEP before you rejected it? I have my dc at a nonapproved school and I, and everyone else who goes there, gets bussing. You may have to get your lawyer on the case. We got bussing LONG before the city settled our suit, btw. [ Reply | More
