WW moms: In the mood for Chinese food. the book says chicken and broc is only 2 pts for 1 cup. Is it crazy to think that includes the sauce? I mean, it doesn't say steamed which it says for other stuff...help I'm hungry and craving it [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

not necessarily. Broc has zero calories, and chicken doesn't have much, so we're basically just talking about sauce points here. The amonut of sauce that would be in 1 cup of the disk may well be 100 calories. I'm supporting the OP's hopeful assumption here. [ Reply | More

it has to be steamed. chinese food is very high in points unless steamed. try a separate search for the sauce. it's usually a garlic sauce, right? [ Reply | More
