hourly, she is new. Getting used to DB. I'm still home on mat leave and will go back to work in 2 weeks so it won't be an issue then [ Reply | More ]

I would pay her, if it is a reasonable amount of time (an hour or less, aprox?) [ Reply | More ]

I would pay her if salaried, or if hourly and she is coming back. Assuming, of course, that this was not a prearranged daily break that I had specified no pay for (though I wouldn't do that honestly). [ Reply | More ]

Did she ask to leave or did you tell her she could go take lunch/break? If she asked and it was a one time thing, I'd pay. If it becomes a habit, I would not. [ Reply | More ]
