Isn't there a little toy store on the UWS on east side of Broadway in the high 80s/low 90s that sells balloons? What is the name of the store? I'm in a bit of a jam and google is not coming up with anything. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

The best balloon spot on the UWS is the 99 cents store between Janovic and Planet Kidz on the E side of B'way((103-4th Sts.?). They have a big selection of printed mylar ones and shelf colored ones suitable for helium-which they will fill. You just have to go. [ Reply | More ]

Essentials -- 81st and Broadway, south west corner. Go upstairs. At the back, massive amounts of balloons, mylar, special occasion, helium canister, you name it. Train tables for the kids to play on also on the 2nd floor. [ Reply | More ]
