anyone chart their temps? just had a miscarriage and not sure if the first day of the miscarriage wouldve counted as day 1 of my new cycle or the first day i stopped bleeding is day 1. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i think you would keep charting both the m/c and the resulting bleeding as a continuation of the original cycle, then start a new cycle on the first day of your next period. i'm sorry for your loss. [ Reply | More ]

I'm sorry for your loss. I charted for both kids. While I never had a m/c, I think to be accurate, you should wait until first period after you've stopped bleeding from m/c. Your temperatures will not be accurate until your hormone levels adjust themselves again. [ Reply | More ]
