x post I am a full-time teacher and have just been given a promotion involving a lot of administrative work. I received a bit of a break in my teaching schedule, but no financial raise. My boss is very stingy (even with herself). Any sugestions of how to phrase this? For example, "Given that my responsibilities and time spent at school will increase, I would like to ask about the possibilty of a raise". Tia. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
