Of course you would still hydrate. A lot of the poses alter your metabolism by enacting your thyroid gland and pumping oxyginated blood to your heart. Have you ever passed out from doing Bikram? Most likely not. [ Reply | More ]

, eat fruit-as much as you want-until your lunchtime-make your lunch a 4-6oz serving of lean protein w/ a raw or steamed side, i.e. arugula, spinach, onions, cress w/balsamic or lemon juice and very little or no oil. Make your afternoon snack Oqatmeal or cream of wheat made w/water or skim milk-or better yet a shake from frozen berries, bananas, green stuff(magma, dehydrated veg protein) and rice milk. Get your heart rate up for 30 min each day and hydrate heavily w/water. Avoid lifting or weight resistance but don't quit going aerobic. Avoid salt and refined sugar. [ Reply | More ]
