A friend of mine from high school dumped our friendship about 9 yrs ago. She has recently been in touch with me. Totally apologized for the way she treated me, said she was immature etc etc. But I spent years getting over the pain of that friendship ending. I don't know that I can get into it with her again. wow... that's pretty bad. in my particular case, i don't htink it's bc she wants to stay with me. but i do wonder if there's an alterior motive. i also don't know if i can really open up to being in a friendship with her again. it took years to finally accept that it was over. [ Reply | More
