Hi! I currently live in midtown and we'd like to move uptown. We interested in renting in the east 50s to the 80s but not too far east (ie not on 1st or York). Ideally we'd prefer a 2 bedroom in a nice new-ish building, with washer dryer in the unit and under $6000/month. Does anyone know of any good buildings? Any ideas? I do know of the solow properties and the related rental properties but would love it if you could suggest any other good rental buildings! TIA!! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

We are mid 60's and pay more than that for a 2 bed. I believe the prices drop east of 3rd. [ Reply | More ]

In the east 50s you might actually prefer to be further east, other wise, too commercial. Look for any glenwood properties (all rentals) [ Reply | More ]
