Potty training question: 3 y/o still gets 4 m&m's when he poops on the potty (been a month). How/when do I wean him from the m&m's???? He's so excited about them still. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

if it's only been a month, I might let it go a little longer. 4 m&m's per poop isn't going to doom him to a life of junk food. We stopped giving m&m's by appealing to dd's desire to be a 'big girl'-- only kids who are learning have treats after potty, and you're such a big girl now you don't need that, etc. [ Reply | More ]
