made choc chip cookie dough last Thursday, used half, other half is still in fridge, should i chuck it? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

nah. It's fine. Next time though you can freeze it. Make little balls (cookie sized) and out them on a tray or cutting board til they freeze. When they are frozen, put them in a freezer bag. When you are ready for cookies, through in the oven like normal (although they will take a couple minutes longer to bake) [ Reply | More ]

NY Times dining section has an article about chocolate chip cookies today -- actually suggests that the dough should be refrigerated *at least* overnight for better cookies, so when you finally bake that up it'll probably be great! [ Reply | More ]
