I think part of my problem with going to bed at night is that as each day goes by I know I am getting older. I should feel lucky I had several great loves in my life, but instead I feel disappointed, disappointed that I never found "the one" to share my life with. I am 43, and a truly young 43 at that, but I feel that my search is over, I mean all these men I met through all my life and I never found him. Signed, divorced mom. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Better than being miserable with "the one" for twenty years. Besides, it's NEVER too later, something new is alwys around the corner. [ Reply | More ]

Well you met one, at least. Don't give up. At least give me hope. Divorced 41yo mom [ Reply | More ]

you never know, and I think you're too young to give up all hope at this point. I met my dh when I was almost 42, we married when I was 44; we are really well-suited to each other (I am not an easy person to deal with, I'll be the first to admit). [ Reply | More ]
