Question to SAHM/Ds: How much housework does your working spouse do around the house? Is childcare split evenly between you when they are home? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

On weekends, yes. During the week, DH does bedtime for one dc (while I do the other) if he is home for it but not always the case. [ Reply | More

When he's home I generally clean b/c it's a break from baby time for me, while playing with the baby is a break from him after work. [ Reply | More

We outsource a lot. He does most of his laundry himself, deals w/ most of the bills, paperwork, keeps his stuff tidy. But I do most of the household stuff. Childcare--we don't really keep a score, but when he's home he's involved. [ Reply | More
