Once attended a lecture at YAI given by an attorney regarding this topic. can't remember his name. You could call YAI for a referral. Also, many estate lawyers may be versed in this as well. You could try someone like that. [ Reply | More ]

I know for families with mentally ill members, the advocacy group is NAMI. Whatever group like that exists for your/dd's situation -- I would reach out to them. [ Reply | More ]
