nanny needs advice...recently left my family of 3 yrs - i was p/t. needed f/t work. i never got bonuses. family rarely communicated/told me how much they appreicated me. they said they couldn't give me $1/riase & the bought a new house & car. on my last day i got nothing. last week they asked me to sit for their dc & i said yes. now i don't want to...i now fully realize how terrbily i was treated & don't want to see them again. wwyd? how do i back out of this? ITD. So many of these BitchMoms hold the "reference" thing over their nannies' heads so they can force them to kiss their a$$es all the time. Stop the vicious cycle. If you're a good nanny, you'll get work even without the reference. [ Reply | More
