What are your sleep schedules for 7/8 month old? specifically how long are they awake in between naps and bedtime. Also, how many hours a day do they nap? Thanks. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

our almost 8 mo goes to sleep at 7:30pm, wakes at 4:30; I nurse him and he goes back to sleep until 6:30. Not the greatest schedule, but it's what it is for now. As for naps, he's all over the place. 40 min in the am, and about 1 hr in the afternoon. My mom can get him to take 2 hr naps, I don't know how she does it [ Reply | More

7mo wakes around 7am, is up until around 9:30. sleeps for 2 hrs. goes back down for approx 2 hour afternoon nap around 2:00 and then goes to bed at 7pm. sometimes she wakes once in the night... usually around 2am. [ Reply | More
