Off the ex-girlfriend who calls DH all the time. I am an ex girlfriend of a very close make friend who is married with dcs. I am also married with dcs. My ex and I have carried on a healthy asexual friendship now for over 15 years and the idea that I am a threat to his DW would be insulting to me. Men and women can be friends without there being a sexual component. So to that DW I say forget about the ex, you are obsessing. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I agree. My dh has a very close female friend (they never dated). They still go out to dinner, catch a movie, ect. Doesn't bother me at all. With that said..if your ex or female friend tells you that she wished she was the one pg with your baby, that's crossing the line. [ Reply | More

I would worry about the ex in this instance - she sounds deranged, and her comment that she wishes she were having the op's dh's baby is really inappropriate. However, I know my dh has a number of close female friends and there is nothing sexual between any of them, to the people posting that men who have women friends are sleeping with them, you are crazy!
