Above makes sense but I was voted to be devil's advocate for today so I'm gonna chime in: in pre-war though you have to figure there is a regular exterminator contracted. You can't keep bugs from ever coming in so in pre-war, they are less likely to colonize and become an issue. [ Reply | More ]
