Has anyone taken one of those strollercize classes in the park? Good workout or better to just go to the gym? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Hard to compare. If you don't have someone to watch dc, the gym isn't an option. But you don't need a babysitter for the strollercize class. [ Reply | More

I took that Brooklyn Bootcamp at Prospect Park at 5:45 AM for six weeks, and in no way am I a morning person, but desperate times calls for desperate measures...they whipped my ass, arms, legs and stomach into shape, I never felt stronger or leaner, and I've done a Hard Core Federal Agent Academy for six months...the Brooklyn Bootcamp was better.
