Lulu's is HORRIBLE and very, very expensive. Ordered a cake from them for my son's birthday party and they forgot to put us on the bakery schedule so there was no cake for us to pick up. They then promised to make it in an hour and deliver it to our house. Needless to say, they were late and when we called to find when the cake would show up, we couldn't get a straight answer. They ended up being 45 minutes from the time promised. We ended up being late to my son's birthday party. We only had a 90 minutes time slot and had 24 kids, 18 parents waiting for us. To top it off, the cake had the wrong filling. Then, when we called to talk to the manager, he blew us off, so we paid $130 for a 10" round, 2 layer cake and had them ruin my son's birthday party instead. [ Reply | More
