we fortunately are financially secure enough for this, we are trying to figure out what kind of help we will need considering we have a 7yo, 3yo and a dd who just turned 1 - we were trying for one more to even out the bunch and well, we went above and beyond the call of duty [ Reply | More

I would be freaked out too, but you sound really capable. What kind of help do you have now and what are you considering? I would have things lined up ahead of time. Do you know the genders? And has your ped talked to you about the steroid shots if they need to be delivered early? [ Reply | More
