my dh wants to take our dc on a vacation - we are newly separated, he has a very young girlfriend - i haven't been pushing him away from the kids, but i am just not ready to have him take them away on a vacation especially with his girlfriend (dc are not aware of her just yet and it is going to be very hard on them when they finally know). how can i knock some sense into his head? I would def. tell him no way in HELL is he going to take the kids on vacation with his new flavor of the month. He needs to think rationally and remember the kids are still going through your separation and don't need to meet daddy's new friend now. He needs to grow up [ Reply | More
