bought a house. have no intention of selling it any time soon. 'Cleared' the backyard even though town rules probably dont allow it. If we finish the basement is it better to try to get a certificate of occupancy or keep a low profile (because of the cleared backyard)? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
