Which country is the fastest in which to adopt a baby, and approx how long does the entire process take? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

no idea but I've read somewhere (I think the NYT) that a lot of countries are shutting down international adoptions. The article recommended to go with an agency that handles them for a lot of countries, so you won't be out of luck if the country decides half-way through the process to stop allowing foreign adoptions.
