7.5 month old has been waking at 4am for about a week or two, sometimes he goes back to sleep until 5am sometimes not. I have decided not to get him until 6am which is a reaonable time for him to be picked up and to start the day. Does anyone think he will start to understand this and sleep later? I have a 6 am policy, too, but sometimes he manages to doze a few times after his initial wakeup, so I wind up actually getting him around 6:15 or 6:30 depending how he does [ Reply | More ]
