I really over did cleaning the apt, painting etc last Wednesday. The muscle soreness is better but I still have a 'burning' sensation in my arms and legs. What is this? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Would a chiropractic adjustment do the same thing as the massage? [ Reply | More ]

no. A chiropractic adjustment may be a great too if you've knocked things out of whack in your frenzy of activity, but the massage will help the buildup of lactic acid. IMHO it's better to get the adjustment after the massage. [ Reply | More ]
