DHs cousin is visiting from the UK, I noticed she doesn't flush the toilet after peeing. Is this normal? Will leave a small amount of toilet paper there too. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

They let the pee accumulate in the toilet? When is it time to flush for them? [ Reply | More ]

that's the standing policy in our house, unless there is company. I wouldn't do it at someone else's house though [ Reply | More ]

OR: I was joking. I did used to live there, but of course they flush the toilet! your dh's cousin has no manners (or comes from a home with v old toilets, where maybe they don't want to overuse them) [ Reply | More ]

In NYC when there was a water crisis a few years back, the motto was: "If it's yellow, let it mellow -- if it's brown, flush it down." [ Reply | More ]
