How many naps did your 6month old take and what time did he/she go to sleep? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

At that age both of my kids were transitioning from 3 naps to 2. They took a nap around 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and then used to do a cat nap around 5. That last nap got pushed up and turned into an early bedtime (between 6-7pm.). [ Reply | More ]

I'm trying to remember--it was around 5 probably and then back to sleep a bit after a bottle. When they went to bed at 6 it was usually for 12 hours. DH and I are early risers so it wasn't a problem for us. Then we would keep moving until we got to 7-7. Now it's about 7:30-7 for both (sometimes up a bit earlier depending on activity levels the day before). [ Reply | More ]
