It's a long shot but... has anyone done an apartment trade or swap before? I am in Stuy Town, have a great rent-stabilized top floor 1BR with a view of Stuy Town and a great location (near 18th and 1st). The only problem is that we are not zoned for P.S. 40, but for P.S. 19 which is not great. I'd love to swap with someone in zone for P.S. 40 with a 1 or 2BR rent-stabilized apt (maybe someone whose kids go to private and they don't care about zoning, or a single person with a rent-stabilized situation who wants a better location or a lower rent). Looking for advice on where to find people who want to swap or if YOU want to swap or know of someone, please let me know. Thanks! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
