Anyone else tired of listening to friends who jump the moment their dc demands something complain about how hard having dcs are and want to stop them and scream' Just say NO to them once - JUST ONCE!' [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

uggg, that's my aunt. She has a 5yo and 8yo and I can't handle being around them at all. I'm really close w/ my aunt, but her kids are a nightmare. She has actually told me that she will never correct the kids around other people because she thinks it's embarrassing. [ Reply | More ]

She's in another state, it's gotten to the point that a bunch of us try to schedule a girl's weekend so that we don't have to visit with her dcs. [ Reply | More ]

Yeah. On the street and in a restaurant and in most places where over indulged, entitled and priviledged kids roam this city. [ Reply | More ]

I don't know where they have all come from. It is not a NYC thing, dcs were not like this not this bad back in the day, it must be a national trend [ Reply | More ]

I actually think that this is a pretty common American trait dating back at least two generations. By and large, the parents who don't discipline were not disciplined themselves. [ Reply | More ]
