start 5 days before and go 5 days after, just do it everyday and you don't have to worry. I know I got pregnant on day 13, that is 13 days after the first day of my period. [ Reply | More ]

no I meant that it is only too much if he has documented problems. Statistically, it only improves your chances by 2-4% doing it every day, but some of us actually like sex, so I didn't want her to get wrong impression that every day is going to hurt. [ Reply | More ]

you can't get pregnant after you ovulate. you need to figure out your cycle and then have sex beginning 3-5 days before you expect to ovulate. [ Reply | More ]

of course you can. [ Reply | More ]

no, you can't. it takes up to 24 hours for the sperm to get where they need to be. so you need to be having sex before ovulation because the egg is viable for less than 24 hours. [ Reply | More ]

24 hours is a long time. You can ovulate, have sex an hour later and get pregnant. Your absolutes just don't cut it. [ Reply | More ]

statistically, it's not that likely to get pregnant day of ovulation. The egg starts aging as soon as it is released, and isn't as easily fertilized later in the 24 hour cycle. [ Reply | More ]

best is day or two before ovulation. Keep having sex until 2 days later (just in case). [ Reply | More ]

My ob said that many problems ttc come from women relying on timing to have sex, instead of just doing it as much as possible. [ Reply | More ]
