any philly moms on? are there any generalizations about nanny's in the area like there are in nyc? is it hard to find sitter? dh transferring to the area, we are going to live in narberth, and nanny asked to come and live in, we have been in the area a lot and don't really see kids with nannies and wonder if this acn work? Don't know if it'll work but there are tons of kids with nannies. Why wouldn't there be? Lots of au pairs too. Very few Latina nannies though (most are black). [ Reply | More
