I need to fire my nanny who has worked for us for 3 years, taking care of three-yr old son and newly added daughter. She's good with babies, but not so much with the high-end-of-energy toddler boy. Gets frustrated with him a lot. Any tips for how to fire without insult? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Just fire her. You have too much time on your hands if you can't figure this one out and are posting. SAHM? [ Reply | More ]
