MIL and FIL have come to stay for ONE MONTH. Already she has taken over the kitchen and he is leaving newspapers all over the floor and they have only been here two days. DH seems oblivious. Any advice? TIA. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

You are right. The other thing that bugs me about it is my DH's attitude to my MIL. Yesterday she started cleaning the kitchen, and I think DH should have told her to stop. Even if she wants to clean (!!) she is still a guest in our house. DH was just sitting there with FIL, watching this 70-year-old lady stacking the dishwasher. WTF? [ Reply | More
