etiquette question: if your parents decide to come visit and stay at your house, do they have to ask how many days are okay to stay with you, or do they just come for as long as they want and tell you how long they are staying? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

they have to tell you, or you have to ask, it's acceptable to know how long people will be in your house [ Reply | More ]

my parents? i wish they'd just move in! (honestly) -- but they would of course tell me up front how long they expect to be able to stay, as that's how i'd frame the question. [ Reply | More ]
