Taking db to visit DH's parents. Told them I would be shipping our luggage ahead of time. They claimed that receiving the luggage was too much effort (they have a doorman) and that I should just check the bags. So I shipped to a mailbox store, and they are now pissed at me. I can't win. If they were volunteering to escort me on the flight, handle the luggage, and pay for it I wouldn't insist on shipping. But with no help and baggage fees what they are....I'm shipping. [ Reply | More
