Have to make guacamole for tomorrow. you think it would work just as well to prepare all the ingredients except avocado (tomato, onion, cilantro, etc) and then add the mix to the avocado tomorrow? I think I can get better and cheaper avocados at my destination [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

do you mean cut up everything else today already? The tomatoes will be watery and slimy. You can cut everything up just before you leave and add avocadoes when you get there. [ Reply | More
