I remember how bad my divorce was last year. My ex and I each wanted full custody, I brought up his porn addiction, his cheating with the au pair while the children were in the house and his wanting me to participate in a threesome with a prostitute, he brought up that I took him to a nude beach twice, flirted with his co-worker at a party and accidentally grabbed another guy's crotch while drunk on our honeymoon. I brought up how he tried to set the kitchen on fire and said cruel things to me. He accused me of being manipulative, breaking into his law office, stealing his laptop and kicking him in the crotch. We also spent months sending nasty e-mails about each other to our friends. It was emotionally draining. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yes we ended up with joint custody. We have a pretty bad relationship still. We exchange our children at a third party location and always have to have a friend present in order to prevent us from becoming nasty to each other. We are also not allowed to have overnight guests of the opposite gender in the house when our children are there, unless we are married to the other person. [ Reply | More
