Lawyer moms - if a neighbor's fence goes over their property line a bit into my yard - I won't lose the property over time, will I? Doesn't it have to be a hostile kind of thing? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I would def. get something in writing - notarized - otherwise it is adverse possession and becomes their land over time. What fencing co. would put up a fence w/out a survey first? [ Reply | More ]
